4th of July!!!

4th of July started with a morning drive to my parents for pool time and a BBQ with my mom's cousin and her husband who were visiting for the weekend.

This is what happens when you take a camera from an air conditioned house outside to 90 degree humidity-foggy looking picture, very artsy in a way! lol

We took the kids to Lake Eola to see fireworks.  There was a concert first and lots of waiting  around until the big show

Olivia LOVED the fireworks!  Yelling out all the colors and saying WOW after every loud bang.  I held Owen the whole time, actually he held me very tightly.  He was just so tired I think he was over it.

Indoor summer fun!

Since it's basically 100 degrees and boiling every afternoon, we have to have fun in the house most summer afternoon days.

Owen reading.  He is a little bookworm, he loves reading with us and he points to all the pictures.  If a book has a pictures of cars in it, he goes and gets his Hot Wheels cars and puts them on the book.

I just took a quick weekend trip to attend her bridal shower, no Bill and no kids!  I missed them all so much but I had a great time with the in-laws!

1 night getaway!

We took the kids to a Disney Resort for the night for a little getaway and some fun.
